"The place is very chic. Plenty of tables and booths. They do have an outdoor area but it was still closed. Very colorful and bright. Daily food and drink specials. They do have a full bar with assorted liquors. The food came out hot and in a very timely manner. Our waitress was great and attentive without being pushy. My only complaints are that my hashbrowns were not fully cooked through and the bathroom is extremely small and awkward. Citrus would be a great place for breakfast and or lunch or just to meet up and have drinks and coffee. I definitely look forward to trying more of the menu! We all had the Burger with bacon and cheese added, The Cape Henry with eggs over medium , The Lynnhaven and The Great Neck Chicken Biscuit. Recommend the sausage links over the patties."

"From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon perfectly crisp, and the rosemary Parmesan home fries were bursting with flavor—crispy, golden, and unforgettable. The hash brown cake had the perfect texture, the French toast was soft and sweet with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, and the blueberry pancakes were thick, buttery, and filled with juicy berries in every bite. The pineapple juice was a bright, refreshing highlight that tasted freshly squeezed. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere made us want to stay longer. If you’re looking for a brunch spot that delivers on flavor, presentation, and hospitality—Citrus is a must-visit."

"Cute place and tasty food! I got the crab cake eggs benedict and my partner got the loaded grits! Definitely coming back because I need to try those drinks. Also I had no clue grits could look/taste so good!"

"The wonderful and "glowing" Jasmine B took very good care of me the moment I sat down at my booth. It was a warm and cozy environment especially from walking in the freezing cold. I had the Crab Cakes Benedict and was delicious. The English muffins were toasted perfectly and the sound of any fresh bread as it crunches tells you the quality of it, so kudos to the chef who prepared my breakfast which came out quicker than I expected. I had only been to this place once before many years ago and I'm glad I did. I'll definitely be back again to try another delicious dish from here. 5 Stars all around!"

"Recommended by my brother who lives in VA Beach. He said it’s been a few years since he’s been to this restaurant. Decided to try it. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch options. The Waffle Flight is good 4 different samples of toppings on waffles - my favorite was the pecan topped w/ bananas. I had the mango almond croissant which I feel like didn’t have enough mango chunks nor almond slices. The scrambled eggs and sausage patties were ok. My son had the berries French toast which he really liked along with his scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Other dishes we had that was not pictured are berries and pancake, seafood omelette, and short rib Benedict. My mom liked the seafood omelette which came with toast and eggs. My brother finished his short-rib Benedict which came with grits or whatever side you like. My only complaint was the appetizer plates were not rinsed very well and we ended up just eating off the serving dish (we’re all family, ayyy!). This place is also kid-friendly and they have some unique entrees as brunch option. Would come back to try their Philly cheesesteak chimichanga!"

"Breakfast was very good. Service was excellent! Food was pricey. Fresh squeezed OJ was delicious. Eggs were too undercooked for my liking on the Benedict."

"Delicious food and quick service. I got the short rib Benedict with cheese grits and my girlfriend got a Mediterranean shrimp Benedict. Both were outstanding."
